Displacement, Migration & Humanitarian Crisis

More than 79.5 million people have been forcibly displaced, 80% of which are affected by food insecurity. 4.2 million people remain stateless having been denied citizenship and nearly always lacking access to education, employment, and health care.

Global Insight’s Displacement, Migration & Humanitarian Crisis portfolio examines the causes and consequences of forced displacement, migration, and related humanitarian crisis. In partnership with practitioners and policymakers, we generate evidence and identify solutions to improve programming and more effectively invest aid. Projects within this portfolio focus on protection; social cohesion; conflict-related sexual violence; access to land, resources, education, and health care; and income insecurity and cash and voucher assistance.
